This includes tasks such as:

• sending PDF receipts to be logged into accounting software
• creating tasks from emails
• tracking employee onboarding
• multi-channel social media posting
• and much, much, much more.

The ‘one time custom build fee’ covers the costs revolving building out custom AI agents for your business including:

• the discovery phase & project planning
• integration and optimization of your current sales process
• building, testing, training, and fine-tuning of your AI agent

This fee starts at $2,497, and will depend on complexity and scope of work.

The monthly subscription fee of $97 (one agent) or $297 (unlimited agents) covers hosting of the AI agent, knowledge base storage, and security updates.

Please note that usage of the OpenAI API is billed separately by OpenAI.

As your business evolves, you may require additional automations or changes beyond the initial project scope. In this case, you can seamlessly transition to our ‘automation subscription’. This provides the flexibility to create and deploy additional AI agents as needed.

The ‘automation subscription’ offers an uncapped number of AI agents and automation requests, enabling you to scale your sales automation effortlessly. On average, our clients have 5-6 requests in the queue concurrently. You have full control to prioritize these requests, and our dedicated team treats them like a to-do list, ensuring we always work on your most important automations first.

We tackle one request at a time with an average turnaround of just 1-4 days per automation deliverable. Once completed, we immediately shift our attention to your next highest priority item. This agile methodology empowers us to deliver over 10 automation systems per month consistently.

In contrast, a typical in-house employee may complete one or two automations in the same timeframe. By partnering with us, you can achieve results far more rapidly than with internal resources alone.

We are integrated with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Podio, Salesforce and can connect to any industry standard customer relation management software provided it has API access. If not, we provide you with a CRM free of charge to monitor the AI agents.

Each license grants login access to monitor one or all AI agents in your business. Security permissions can be changed to show only one agent to a specific login.

Example use case of multi-license usage: 

In an insurance brokerage, the sales floor manager has access to all agents and broker accounts for monitoring purposes. Each insurance broker has login access solely to the AI agent assigned to them, which will handle communications and book calls in a private calendar for the broker.
