  1. Sign up for a free make.com account.
  2. Create a new scenario and add a Web Hook module.
  3. Copy the generated URL from make.com.
  4. In your form settings, add a Web Hook action and paste the URL.

Step 3: Process Lead Information on make.com

  1. Run the scenario with test data to ensure data is captured correctly in make.com.

Step 4: Send Data to CRM (Go High Level)

  1. Set up an HTTP module in make.com, choosing “POST” as the method.
  2. Map form fields to the corresponding fields in the HTTP module.
  3. In Go High Level, set up a new automation triggered by an inbound Web Hook.
  4. Paste the URL from Go High Level into make.com’s HTTP module.

  1. Map form fields to CRM lead creation fields.
  2. Set up a trigger to create a new lead when an inbound Web Hook is received.
  3. Configure a text message alert in Go High Level to notify sales team members.

Step 6: Instant Call Setup

  1. Use Go High Level’s Call feature to schedule an automated call.
  2. Set up the call to first notify the sales rep, then connect the call to the lead upon acknowledgment.
  3. Customize the “Call Whisper” message for clarity.
